Come and visit a revealing and didactic place, where you take part in the manufacture of the traditional “Ovos Moles”. In the “Oficina do Doce” (sweet workshop) you will have the opportunity to know the historic side of the “Ovos moles” and of other convent-made sweets from the region of Aveiro. The bolder ones will have the chance to experiment the process of filling and cutting the “ovos moles” and later taste these delicious sweets.
