The Santo André Ship Museum (NMSA) is an extension of the Ílhavo Maritime Museum. In August 2001, Santo André Ship started a new cycle of his life, showing to the present people and the ones to come, how the codfish fishing was and honour, this way, all the crewmen working hard for half century in this area.
In NMSA you will have the opportunity to know all about the arts of cod fishing, the way of life of these people, who spent harsh months in the sea.
